Whether you're acquiring your first plot or managing a multi-phase estate, we bring a blend of legal, regulatory, and on-ground construction expertise to move your project forward with confidence.

Who We Are

Dejam Consults is a strategic land advisory and development consultancy working at the intersection of regulation, real estate, and design.

We were born out of a clear gap in Nigeria’s property ecosystem, where investors, developers, and landowners struggle with fragmented processes, inconsistent regulations, and a lack of trustworthy guidance. What should be a pathway to wealth-building often becomes a maze of paperwork, misinformation, and stalled progress.
That’s where we come in.

We specialize in helping individuals, communities, and companies navigate the full lifecycle of land investment: from title verification and regulatory approvals to remodeling and construction support. But we don’t stop at paperwork. We think like builders, advise like planners, and act like partners.

Our Mission

To make land-based development in Nigeria more transparent, trustworthy, and future-focused.

We exist to ensure that land, one of the most valuable assets in our society, is treated with the clarity, care, and strategic insight it deserves.

We blend technical expertise with on-ground execution.

We support both private clients and corporate-scale portfolios.

We are proudly Nigerian, with a deep respect for the land, its laws, and its potential.

Fashola Jamaaldeen

Design-Led Leadership. Purpose-Driven Growth.

Fashola Jamaaldeen didn’t found Dejam Consults, but he gave it a new face, a louder voice, and a future-ready vision. With a background in Actuarial Science and a self-taught mastery in UI/UX design, Fashola brings a rare blend of analytical precision and creative innovation to land development, a space often seen as rigid and opaque.

When he stepped into leadership, Dejam was largely operating in the background, doing great work, quietly. Fashola transformed that. He rebranded the company, structured its offerings, and introduced a digital-first, client-centric approach that put Dejam on the map as a trusted land advisory and development partner.

His leadership style is quietly powerful, rooted in patience, deep listening, and the belief that good work should speak for itself. Under his guidance, Dejam has launched projects that span from regulatory support to full-scale construction and brand development, including the iconic QDance Hub, where Fashola led both the digital and physical transformation.

Fashola’s experience spans cultural projects, tech platforms, and grassroots development. What ties it all together is his commitment to design thinking, not just in aesthetics, but in systems, processes, and human experiences.

“My job is to bring clarity, visually, strategically, and operationally. At Dejam, we’re not just fixing land problems. We’re building the future of how land is understood and valued.”
